How we do this

We strongly believe that people learn by doing. Nobody learned to ride a bike listening to a lecture about brakes and gears. They got on and tried to ride it. We specialise in participative workshops and role-playing exercises, instead of traditional 'stand up and teach' methods. Cidermill is accredited to use Celemi learning tools, an excellent way to learn business and financial fundamentals by managing a company as a board game.
